Important: We only access the specific data you request us to process through our AI interface. We do not scan or access your Google Workspace data without your explicit request.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

TaskNotch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use: We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface. We do not transfer your Google user data to others unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.

No Sale of Data: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

  • Providing and maintaining the TaskNotch service
  • Processing your AI requests and automating tasks
  • Integrating with your connected Google Workspace services
  • Improving our AI models and service functionality (using anonymized data only)
