1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TaskNotch ("Service"), a product developed and operated by Aethorn, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TaskNotch is an AI-powered task automation platform that integrates with Google Workspace services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Tasks. The service allows users to automate tasks through natural language conversation with an AI assistant.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use TaskNotch, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Workspace Integration

TaskNotch integrates with Google Workspace services through OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your Google account, you authorize TaskNotch to access and modify your Google Workspace data according to the permissions you grant. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google account settings.

We only access the specific Google services you choose to connect and only perform actions that you explicitly request through our AI interface. We do not access or store your Google account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Send spam, phishing emails, or other malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service

6. Data Processing and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using TaskNotch, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

TaskNotch and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskNotch, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaskNotch and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Workspace integrations and contacting us to delete your account data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskNotch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
